Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we have complete confidence in the quality of our products. We carefully select the materials used in our products to provide a high level of all-round performance and a long lifetime.

All Flej products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it.

If your gear fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost.

If you have a warranty query, Contact Us in the first instance as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

Delivery

We aim to process orders on the day we receive them and always within 48 hours.

To the UK, EU, US and Canada: Products are shipped International First Class with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 days.

To the Rest of the World: Products are shipped International First Class with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 days.

Returns

If within 30 days, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund without fuss.

Please return items to the retailer you bought the product from. For web orders, please return the product to the return address included with your order.
